Our Story
Marc and Jeeryn, siblings with deep roots in blended Asian cultures, were born in the Philippines and raised on the vibrant flavors of Chinese-Filipino (or "Chinoy") cuisine. Growing up in their family’s restaurant, they developed a strong sense of community—both through the food they prepared and the relationships they built with their patrons.

Over the years, both Marc and Jeeryn married Vietnamese partners, which introduced them to the rich and diverse world of Vietnamese cuisine. At home, their cooking became a fusion of flavors, a true “halo-halo” of their cultural backgrounds. This unique blend of influences is what inspires the menu at Blend—offering a delicious mix of the Asian flavors that have shaped their lives.
